A follow up Freedmen descendants meeting is set for October 30, 2024 on zoom. The meeting time is 6:00 pm (CST). The zoom ID# is 861 8363 7386. The pass code number is 060368. This meet-up is a follow up to a September 9th gathering on zoom. The participants voiced a need for Black Descendant Freedmen of the 5 civilized to establish a consistent mode of inter communication for fellowship, updates on tribal and social news and networking for a variety of reasons. This meet-up invites all Freedmen to engage in ideas to promote enthusiasm in the Freedmen ranks. There is also opportunity for Freedmen supporters to listen and learn about assisting this culture’s growth. The agenda items include possible updates on the Creek court case. Also, a conversation was started about economic development among the combined Freedmen consociation. The main goal is to assemble a few workable ideas and get them implemented. We have more in common than we have differences.
